Teams are required to prepare a team poster that will be displayed during the Ohio Competition. Posters should describe the team’s technology and business plan. A poster session will take place during the VIP Reception on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013. During the reception, semifinalist teams are not expected to make an oral presentation, yet they should be prepared to discuss their technology and business plan with attendees. Challenge organizers will be responsible for the cost and printing of team posters. Semifinalist teams will be responsible for creating and uploading their team poster by 5:00 on Monday, Jan. 21, 2013.
Team Poster Guidelines:
- Dimensions: 24” wide x 36” high
- Full color:All colors must be converted to CMYK
- No bleed
- Images: All images must be print quality (300 dpi at scale)
- Fonts: Embed all fonts or convert all text to outlines
- Posters will be printed on matte white paper stock and mounted on white foam-cor board
File Submission Guidelines:
- Accepted file format: Print quality (300 dpi) PDF
- Files must not exceed 10 MB
